Hatchiko

Hatchiko was named by the staff of Duo Tzitzikia Sta Armyrikia, because just like the Japanese dog she was named after, she was always waiting for them at the beginning of the season.

We started taking care of her in 2022 because we realized she had big mats needed to be shaved. Turns out she also had respiratory issues and needed some teeth removed. So we fixed and released her. The next year, we had to help her again ! Being a long-haired cat in the streets is no piece of cake. She died from cancer at around 10 years old.
