The Skoupinis: Queens of TikTok!
We recently had news about Millie and April, the delightful carbon-copy kittens of our much-missed and much-loved Skoupy , and affectionately known as the Skoupinis! They were adopted by one of our volunteers who had first met them when they were just 4 weeks old and couldn’t bear to leave them behind. Now 18-months old, the girls have settled into their new life in London and, by all accounts, have become something of a TikTok sensation.

Millie and April are thriving in their London life after starting their life being raised by their brilliant mother, Skoupy, and by the care of Syros Cats volunteers.
They arrived in their new home in November 2024 and brought all their energy too, particularly between the hours of 3 and 7am! Over time, they have learnt to respect their parents’ sleeping hours but still need a lot of playtime each day to let out all their crazy energy.
Since arriving, April has developed in confidence. She strongly valued her independence for the first six months following her arrival but has more recently become a very cuddly lap cat, even enjoying attention from visitors! She is the more laid back of the Skoupinis, until it comes to dinnertime when nothing will get in the way of her and her bowl!
Millie has always been the bolder of the pair, being an incredibly noisy kitten and challenging Skoupy’s patience! She settled in straight away, cuddling up to her new parents instantly and thriving on the attention of any visitors. She remains both extremely cuddly and extremely loud, and has also developed a sassy side, becoming jealous whenever April receives attention (and trying to shove her out the way). She LOVES to play and has no fear – she will backflip, high jump and do some impressive ‘parkour’. We are pleased that the girls remain best friends, cuddling and playing with each other every day which is very sweet to see; even if Millie is sometimes a bit too boisterous for April’s liking!

Millie and April are also embracing their new-found TikTok fame. Under the account name @allthingstuxedo the girls have been showcasing their playful personalities and silly behaviour which has gained them over 7 million views and caught the attention of a number of followers and brands. They now create content for Felix, in return for gifted food packages. We are sure mother Skoupy would be proud of them (and would probably also want to partake in the videos!!).
