Applications for volunteering in 2026 are now open!

We are opening applications for volunteers to join us on Syros throughout 2026. As usual we expect a very high amount of applications so pleas read all the below information carefully if you are considering applying.

It is very important that before applying you read the Volunteering page on our website which will take you to the role description and terms and conditions.

Please ensure your personal statement takes into account the eleven questions asked on the Volunteer Application Guideline sheet as otherwise we will be unable to process your application.

There will be a one off and non-refundable fee of €10 to cover our administration costs.

Important dates!

The last date for receipt of applications will be Friday 10th of October 2025

We are anticipating a large number of applications. We consider each application seriously and take time over them.

Applications for the months of January 2026 to March 2026 will be considered first. You can expect to be contacted with the result of your application by the end of October 2025.

Applications for all other months will be considered next. You can expect to be contacted with the result of your application by the end of November 2025.
